Postpartum doulas provide support after a new baby is born by educating, nurturing, and empowering families during this transition period. Who am I and why do I do this work?

I've been a stay at home mom for more than nine years but as my youngest child approached school age I felt called to work with other families. Recalling the invaluable experience of working with my own postpartum doula after the births of my children, I knew I wanted to provide the same gentle guidance and fluid support to families seeking assistance during that transition period.

My qualifications and experience:

• Certified as a MaternityWise Postpartum Doula and as a Traditional Postpartum Doula.
• Nine years of experience as a mom and countless hours spent providing childcare for others.
• Bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts at Boston.
